Shipping policy
Currently, we only ship within Canada and to the United States. We are actively looking at how we can (affordably!) ship to our potential customers across the pond.
A majority of the orders will be shipped out 2-7 days from when you've placed the order. Larger orders with 10+ items may take 2-3 business days longer.
Please let us know ASAP if you want to change/cancel your order so we can accommodate.
Once our supplier receives and starts working on the order, we are not able to cancel, so getting in touch with as as soon as possible will mean we can make sure you're happy with your order.
All of our orders have tracked shipping.
If you have received a wrong size, please let us know ASAP with a photo of the clothing's size tag, and we will send out the proper size free of charge.
You can either keep the wrong sized item, or you can return it. If you are choosing to return it, please state this in your email when reaching out to us about the incorrect size, and we will give you the return address to send the item to.
We use several suppliers to make sure we maintain our desired level of quality for each product on our site. This means that if you have an order with several products, it's likely that you will receive items at different times/in separate packages.
